About Registration Fees

*Important: Above registration fee is exclusive of GST (18%).

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

• 1. Registration will be subject to realisation. (If paid through DD).
• 2. Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunches/dinners and delegate kit.
• 3. Make sure to mention the email id & mobile number that you use regularly, as it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
• 4. The organizing committee shall not be liable in which case of changes in date/venue due to unforeseen reasons if occurs.
• 5. Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays/failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
• 6. All delegates must carry their photo id (government approved) for a smooth registration procedure.
• 7. It is mandatory to submit HOD Letter to avail of registration in the post-graduate category.
• 8. For spot registrations: payment will be accepted only by mode of cash/card/UPI/DD. The disbursal of the delegate kit for the same will be subject to availability.
• 9. Request for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at isot2025jaipur@gmail.com.
• 10. 75% of refund of the registration fee will be provided for cancellation made up to 30^th May, 2025.
• 11. 50% of refund of the registration fee will be provided for cancellation made up to 31^st July, 2025.
• 12. 25% of refund of the registration fee will be provided for cancellation made up to 31^st August, 2025.
• 13. No refund will be made for the requests made on or after 1^st September, 2025.
• 14. Registration is not transferable.
• 15. All refunds will be made after 30 days of the conference. GST will be deducted from all the refunds.
